The Team of the Month Award is the Chairman and Chief Executive’s recognition scheme that celebrates success at the Trust – both in hospital and across our community services. Members of the public can get involved too by nominating teams of staff who’ve really made a difference.
The awards are open to all of our hospital and community teams across the Trust, who have worked effectively together and taken action in a way, which embodies:
• The Trust values: Respectful, Responsible, Passionate
• Going the extra mile
• Making a Difference
There are no categories in this competitive award, where there will be one team that wins every month.

Hospital and Community teams can be nominated via their peers, leaders, directorates, patients, family and friends as well as external partners – absolutely anyone! The award will include formal recognition for each successful team.
The nomination process is simple and there is no formal application form. All that is needed is some concise communication telling us why you are nominating the team. Clear examples of how teams have embodied the above criteria really help!
