The Every Mind Matters campaign provides guidance and resources to help you manage and maintain your mental health. Via Every Mind Matters, you can take simple steps to look after your mental health, improve your mental wellbeing and support others.
The guidance covers understanding mental health, including; mental wellbeing, anxiety, sleep, stress and low mood. You can also get your free Mind Plan, designed to help you feel more in control, deal with stress and anxiety, boost your mood and improve your sleep.
The Every Mind Matters campaign will give you ways that you can help others, and information to access urgent support when you feel you cannot wait to see a doctor or feel unable to cope. It’s important to get support when you need it.
